1) General Scope

These Terms apply exclusively to wholesale (B2B) transactions. By submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, the buyer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2) Nature of Business

Caffeine Buzz operates as a wholesale supplier of coffee beans, green coffee, cardamom, and saffron. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to all transactions as stated on the website or official quotation.

3) Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are volume-based and valid for the period stated in the quotation.
• Prices may change without prior notice due to market or supplier conditions.
• An order is not confirmed until written confirmation is issued by Caffeine Buzz.

4) Payment Terms

• Payment methods include KNET (local) and bank transfer.
• Orders may require advance payment or deposit as specified in the quotation.
• Production and shipment may commence only after payment confirmation.

5) Delivery & Lead Time

• Estimated lead time is approximately one (1) month unless otherwise agreed.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or customs factors.
• Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery or shipment dispatch, as agreed.

6) Product Quality & Inspection

Buyers are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery. Any claims regarding defects must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period from receipt.

Natural agricultural products may vary slightly in color, aroma, or appearance without constituting a defect.

7) Limitation of Liability

Caffeine Buzz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of supplied products.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the purchased goods.

8) Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, natural events, or shipping delays.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, and images, remains the property of Caffeine Buzz and may not be used without written permission.

10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.

Any disputes arising shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts of Kuwait.

11) Amendments

Caffeine Buzz reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
